Job Title: Enterprise Systems Manager
The Enterprise Systems Manager is responsible for integrating information systems and implementing
changes to those systems to assist production, finance, and technology departments. This position will
help lead all topics of enterprise technology, with responsibility on current entity assets as well as future
acquisitions and mergers. This position is the key IT liaison between the HQ and all North American
business units for SAP and other enterprise system functions and enhancements. Specific job duties
include, but not limited to, the following: Communicate with HQ regarding the IT system architecture,
infrastructure, and SAP functionality enhancement, about SAP change requests and the related issues.
Work with third party vendors and HQ to determine IT solutions for North American business units.
Manage outsourced SAP application management service vendors, primarily a vendor named Inossem.
Perform SAP ECC 6.0 solution function design in terms of costing process, production process, interface
solution design and lead the implementation, interface integration, data migration in order to enable
profitability analysis function SAP FICO module, and enable the cost collector and automatic backflush
function in SAP PP module. Conduct SAP ECC 6.0 reporting system enhancement and change
management, i.e., Cash flow statement, cost analysis report, finance trend report, purchase price trend
report, production output report. Design and implement BI reporting tool solution, Microsoft power BI
and SAP business warehouse technology. Design and implement subsidiary entity software ECO, SAP as
a core system, example: lead implementation of the integration between SAP Concur and SAP ECC.
Manage Internal IT projects, with focus on global IT initiatives. Support finance team in monthly closing
activities by using expertise of SAP FICO module. Lead project initiatives in NABU to optimize and
enhance enterprise system solutions to meet company goals. Analyze opti-vision (Honeywell’s MES
software product) data using SQL. Support purchase team in the areas of purchase acquisition and
trouble-shooting applying MM (material management) module.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, management information system or other IT related
discipline. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, we will also accept foreign equivalent degree in the above fields
based on a suitable combination of education, training and/or experience. Must have at least Three (3)
years of SAP related experience including minimum One (1) year of experience working on IT system
architecture, FICO module, Data migration, Interface integration; MM module, and SQL.
Hours: M-F, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
